Boardwalk Properties is a Norfolk based company specialising in the sourcing of mostly off market property and land deals. We source properties and land for investment purposes, either for ourselves or for clients. . We scour the market on behalf of investors to find properties that are suitable for their needs. Through our detailed research we ensure that we have a full picture of the market place with the knowledge of recent sales, prices , developments , land opportunities and rental values in the area.
For ourselves and our investors , we spend a lot of time on the ground carefully selecting appropriate properties and negotiating and structuring deals.
When we have found a property we think will meet the criteria or the client brief, we send a property report which outlines the opportunities, our opinion and costs. The report also includes photographs.
We deal with straight puchases and various structured methods of control and ownership including options, long term leases (sometimes called "rent to rent") and longstop completions.
